Hat Leagues Our Hat Leagues allow you to play with and meet new people! In our Hat Leagues, you can only sign up as solo or with a partner. The Board of Directors will build even teams using players self-rankings. Rather than combine players of similar skill levels, each team will have a blend of experienced, intermediate, and beginner players fostering skill parity between teams and allowing opportunity for newer players to learn from more experienced players. Registration: Individual – every player signs up and pays for themselves. 2. Build-it-Yourself (BIY) Leagues Our team Leagues, also known as “Build-It-Yourself League”, allow you to sign up as a full team with your friends! In certain team leagues, we also offer the opportunity to sign up as individuals and small groups and MZU will build teams out of the remaining players – this happens on a case by case basis.
