Mile Zero Ultimate (St. John’s co-ed league) has partnered with Tempest Ultimate (women’s competitive team) to create two upcoming clinics focused on beginner and intermediate skills. The clinics are free and will be run by the ladies of Tempest.<\/p>\n

These clinics are a great opportunity to try out a new sport, or get in some practice before the upcoming MZU Summer League. Sign up solo or bring a friend! (Attendees must be 18 years of age or older, as per MZU’s bylaws).<\/p>\n

Beginner Clinic
