Sign up as a full team. Players sign up as individuals, pay your registration fees, and indicate your team or captain&#8217;s name.<\/p>\n<p>League Details:<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tuesday and Thursday evenings<\/li>\n<li>June 10th &#8211; August 21st<\/li>\n<li>Playoff Day on August 23rd<\/li>\n<li>Game times are 5:30-6:55pm and 7:00-8:25pm<\/li>\n<li>Games to be played at Bowring, Southlands, and occasionally Kitty Gaul<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cost &amp; Registration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registration opens Monday April 14th at noon<\/li>\n<li>Cost: $50<\/li>\n<li>Registration closes on May 12th<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jerseys:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jerseys will <strong>not<\/strong> be included in your registration this year, however we will have jerseys and other merch available to purchase. More details coming very soon!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Team &amp; Field Composition:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All teams must have at least 14 players, with a minimum of 6 female-matching and 6 male-matching players<\/li>\n<li>7 v 7 using WFDF Gender Ratio Rule A including the prescribed pull.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Registration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Players are encouraged to register with a team, however you may register as an individual or pair. If registering as an individual or pair, we will do our best to find you a team, but we can not guarantee spots for individual sign-ups.<\/li>\n<li>If you do not have a team we encourage you to use our <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/812951792401613\">Mile Zero Ultimate Subbing page<\/a><\/span> to find a team.<\/li>\n<li>There are also a couple of other leagues that are options for individual players looking to play Ultimate this summer:\n<ul>\n<li>SWURL (St. John&#8217;s Women&#8217;s Ultimate Recreational League) runs a summer league every year. Check out their social media or their <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/swurl.ca\/\">website<\/a><\/span> for details.<\/li>\n<li>MAUL (Men&#8217;s Avalon Ultimate League) runs a summer league every year.
